Kathy Tokerud, President/Owner

Kathy has over 15 years of experience in achieving results in the field of organization effectiveness and training. As president of HDI, Kathy's role is to facilitate the on-going growth of the business, set the vision and provide the necessary support to achieve quality results for clients. Her natural ability to build teams, understand group dynamics and engender trust is evident in Human Dynamics and the long-term relationships that exist with clients. Clients appreciate her balance of interpersonal savvy combined with a real understanding of business and a strong desire to achieve results. Kathy has had the opportunity to work with some of the world's most admired organizations including, Marriott, Texas Instruments, FMC, and AT&T. She continues to facilitate workshops, provide coaching to leaders and consult on a regular basis. Kathy completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Texas State. Carlos Maese, Director of Strategy and Organizational Development

Carlos is accomplished in a wide range of services including strategic planning, change management, executive coaching, and organizational development. He also has extensive experience in board development. His focus at HDI is to look at broad organizational issues, recognize the relationships among them, and apply practical solutions that the client's long-term objectives. Carlos works extensively in the corporate sector as well as with trade associations and non-profits. He brings an added dimension when working with boards. He serves on the national board of a 110-year-old non-profit human services organization based in Washington, D. C. In that role, he is currently chairing a committee assigned to identify 2 - 3 possible strategic directions for this organization over the next 10 years.

Carlos holds both a Bachelors degree and an MBA from University of Dallas. He is a member of Sigma Iota Epsilon, an honors society for MBA graduates. He has taught credit courses at UD's Graduate School of Management and at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas. Kyle Love, Director of Business Development

Kyle brings 19 years of proven results in business ownership, development, market evaluation, sales and promotion. A combination of broad business knowledge, leadership experiences, and exceptional interpersonal skills enable Kyle to quickly understand client needs. Through his keen understanding, Kyle works in close partnership with clients to identify appropriate strategies to achieve their desired business results. His desire to make a positive difference for HDI clients comes through in his enthusiasm, high integrity, customer focus, and responsiveness. Kyle has worked in the petroleum industry for both large and small organizations. He has owned and operated a small, unique chain of convenience stores in South Louisiana, which focused on teamwork and customer responsiveness as a strategy for achieving business results. Kyle received a BA in Administrative Management from Texas Lutheran College. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys training for triathlons and spending time with his wife, daughters and granddaughter. klove@hdiconsulting.com
