Leadership Assesments and Coaching
Overview:
Human Dynamics uses a combination of leadership, personality, psychological and intelligence assessments to help individuals discover opportunities for personal growth. These confidential instruments provide behavioral feedback from sources such as self, peers, staff, superiors or even customers to identify specific actions to improve overall performance. Through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions, an HDI consultant works closely with the individual.
Objectives:
- Receive ongoing feedback from an objective third party
- Provide specific feedback on current leadership practices, highlighting strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Design a personal action plan to improve performance in targeted feedback areas
